We're just two lost souls swimming in a fish bowl, Year after year

A pint can I might add, Let's get into it.

First and Last Impressions

Let's start with the fact it's a massive can, sweet!

The pour was very flat, with little to no head.

It's a hazy pale creamy yellow colour. Reminds me of Jif lemon juice.

The aroma is a subtle hoppy citrus hit without anything shouting at me.

First taste, is hoppy, tangy and I found a lemony bitter aftertaste. The mouthfeel is watery to be honest, perhaps this is due to it being gluten free. This is (I think) my first GF beer, so I will look into that for future ref.

The bubbles feel tiny, but there is plenty of them.

it's a bit of a strange one this, it has some nice flavours but also some not so nice traits to it. It's a pleasant crisp mild flavour overall with what I would call an annoying bitterness at the back end.

Oh, and I found a lot of sediment in the glass too.

Info

Ingredients: Barley, Oats

The Final Score

I think I have found my 1st love/ hate beer. I love the fact it comes in a 1 PINT Can, that is great, and the love the mildness of the flavours but it has something about it that I don't enjoy.

To sum up, It's ok, maybe this is your thing. I wouldn't buy again of choice, but would drink it again if that's all that's about.
