Another can from Brulo on the test bed.

Let's get into it.

First Impressions

Get it open and into a nice glass,

It's a very pale and hazy beer, big frothy head that was happy to stay around a while.

The aroma was sweet and citrusy, with some floweriness.

First taste was crisp, juicy and fresh, again with some tropical fruits, melon, pineapple and a lovely underlying hoppy texture. It has some body to it too, giving this a nice mouthfeel. The finish I found a little woody and a tiny weeny bit bitter, which was a surprise for such a juicy citrusy first taste, not unpleasant I might add just unexpected.

I happily polished this off.

The Final Score

To sum up, I really enjoyed this one, lots of good flavours , plenty of juiciness and a good finish. Nothing was overpowering just a good balanced IPA.

It's worth your money.
