An alcohol free beer that smells of sponge cake and IS good for you, bring it on.

A beer that is GOOD FOR YOU, Is isotonic and has vitamins pre loaded. Must be too good to be true.
First and Last Impressions
I didn't really get a smell when opening or pouring it, so I took a big sniff, it reminds me of a sponge cake, a square school sponge cake.
Again nice and light gold in colour, not as light as the Lazer Crush and slightly cloudy.
I served this ice cold. First taste, I get the wheaty-ness, I think this is where that cake smell came from, it is sweet but not sickly, well not overly.
Tiny bubbles and a nice amount of fizz on the tongue, pleasant so far! I have leant this is known as "Mouthfeel" and this one is smooth.
For me It's very singular in terms of flavour, mostly sweet malty, wheaty , not complex but crisp and enjoyable. A slightly bitter aftertaste that doesn't linger.
The more I drank the sweeter it got, not what I would call an "all nighter" ( I should hashtag that, in fact I will, #allnightbeer) It's ok for 1 or 2, maybe more on a really hot day, but for me doubtful. its nice to read it has some good elements in it, Vitamin B9,B12 and Polyphenols, (whatever they are?)

The Final Score
This was my first venture into alcohol free wheat beers. Overall it was ok, definitely NOT a bad beer, just a bit too sweet and malty for me. Like I said, I would have 1 maybe 2 but thats about it.
To sum up, a sweet wheaty, malty beer that starts of nice when it's ice cold but gets sweeter as it warms up and was too much for me. if you like em sweet this would be great one for you. 2/5 GOATS - ELLE has spoken
