It's got good Belgian heritage , can it stand up to its name

Cute widdle bottle

Let's get into it.

First and Last Impressions

Rip the cap off and get it into a glass,

Nice fizzy pour with a little white head, it's a lovely nice golden colour.

Nose in the glass - not much of an aroma, but what is there is malty, almost brown bread. First taste is fizzy crisp and mild. it reminds me of a supermarket basics sponge cake, not really sweet but malted. Malt and oats are the flavour, really mild and non offensive. There is enough flavour to see you through to next gulp.

The finish is just less of the same, no other flavours left behind, just the pleasant flavour you started with getting gradually milder and milder.

it's not complex, it's not shouting at you, its a well balanced mild easy drinking beer and it's nice.

Info

Ingredients : Malt, corn, water, hops and yeast.

The Final Score

What can I say, it's an honest beer, its well balanced crisp and refreshing and I would happily plod along with it all night.

It's shame this was such a diddy bottle 250Ml

Not to scale :)
